We are accepting rental inquiries for 2022 and beyond. If you’re a VCU department in need of space, please submit your inquiry via the VCU Inquiry Form or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The ICA provides opportunities for individuals, corporations, and nonprofit organizations to reserve the facility for private reception and events. Facility rental events that are open to the public, including fundraisers or outside exhibitions, are not permitted.

The ICA can be reserved at a reduced rate by VCU departments and recognized student organizations for public and private events. Additionally, the auditorium is reserved at special times on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30—2:30 pm for VCU lectures and programs.
