  • Tours available 10 am–5 pm, Tuesday through Sunday unless otherwise noted
  • Reservations must be made at least 3 weeks in advance
  • Special requests will be considered but may require additional fees to accommodate
  • School year booking calendar; calendar opens on 8.1 annually

Group Tours are FREE of charge for VCU staff, faculty, and students (10-person minimum)

Travel Scholarship
First-come, first serve / reservations open 8/1 each school year
Schools are responsible for booking their travel; must submit receipts for reimbursement.

Age Restrictions/Limitations
Children under 13 not admitted without accompanying adult

Cancellation Policy
Groups must cancel their visit at least three business days in advance of their visit. Any fees paid in advance of a tour are non-refundable and non-transferable.
