New York City-based musician Ariel M. will cover the basics of composing music using the production software Ableton.

The workshop will cover composition in Session View and Arrangement View, MIDI sequencing, utilizing Ableton instruments and effects, and clip automation.

Space is limited to 25 participants.


About the Artist: Ariel M. is a musician and multimedia artist from Chicago, currently based in NYC. Previously, Ariel was an affiliate of the Chicago Research label, now recording and performing as Love Free Spirit. For the last seven years, Ableton has served as Ariel’s primary tool for composition, recording, and live performance.
