ICA Chef Residency Brunch: Khmer Comfort
Sunday, Dec 7
10:00 AM–4:00 PM
Delight in Buh Baw—slow-simmered rice porridge—with hearty toppings, light sides, and more from the ICA’s first chef-in-residence, Santana Hem, of the Khmer-inspired culinary project Hem and Her.
This is the third in a series of counter-service brunches presented by Hem at the ICA’s Abby Moore Cafe as part of its inaugural chef residency, a program that celebrates Richmond’s vibrant food scene and supports independent culinary artists by providing a space to explore new ideas and reach new audiences.
Hem’s ICA brunches will take place October 5, November 2, December 7, and February 1. His residency will conclude with a special ticketed dinner on March 14. See calendar dates for details.
