Alison MacAdam is a story editor for narrative audio. She’s helped multiple teams shape and execute compelling radio and podcasts, including Believed (Peabody Award), Code Switch, Latino USA, Throughline, The New Yorker Radio Hour, and Land of the Giants. In her 15 years at NPR, she produced and edited the flagship news program All Things Considered, helped to incubate multiple early-stage podcasts with the NPR Story Lab, and created a wide array of training resources for audio storytellers.
